xx77 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout. Understanding these terms will help you interpret the rest of this document correctly.

• "xx77" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to xx77.life, the online gaming platform operated at https://xx77.life and all sub-domains associated with it.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on xx77, accessed the platform, or placed any wager or bet.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a player on xx77, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount currently held in your xx77 account, including both real money and any bonus funds separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account by xx77 under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process xx77 uses to confirm the identity and age of players.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotions, and features available through the xx77 platform.

To be eligible to register and use an xx77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use — not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law and where participation would constitute a breach of that law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from xx77 or had an account closed by xx77 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of xx77 or any of its affiliated technology or gaming providers.
• You are acting for yourself and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

xx77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the Services on xx77, you must first register an account. Registration is free. During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information at all times.
• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notifying xx77 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

xx77 may require you to complete KYC verification at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold, or if unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents typically requested include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not complete verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may be suspended.

xx77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on xx77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500.
• Deposits are credited to your xx77 account balance immediately upon successful processing in most cases. Delays due to payment processor issues are outside xx77's control.
• xx77 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• xx77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation if deposits are unusually large or patterns are inconsistent with normal personal use.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically process within fifteen to thirty minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within the same business day.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any KYC verification requested by xx77 has been satisfactorily completed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 5.
• xx77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

xx77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and VIP Club rewards. The following general terms apply to all xx77 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Each promotion is available to eligible players once unless explicitly stated as recurring. Attempting to claim a promotion more than once through new accounts, referrals to yourself, or other means is prohibited.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms and must be met in full before any portion of the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games and live casino games may contribute less — check the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• xx77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already credited to your account where the wagering period has not expired.
• Bonus abuse — defined as behaviour designed to exploit bonus terms in a way inconsistent with normal recreational play — is prohibited. xx77 may, at its discretion, cancel a bonus, void associated winnings, or close an account where abuse is detected.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, esports betting, and virtual sports betting on xx77:

• All bets are accepted in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• xx77 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market or event at its discretion. Maximum payout limits per event may also apply.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, xx77 will apply the settlement rules relevant to that event type. Generally, stakes are returned on void bets unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• Bets placed in error — including but not limited to bets placed on obviously incorrect odds caused by a system error — are void. xx77 will notify affected players and return their stakes.
• For esports markets, xx77 follows the official results published by the relevant tournament organiser. Any result change made after initial official publication due to appeal or review will be applied if the change is communicated within 72 hours of the original result.
• In-play bets on xx77 are placed subject to a brief acceptance delay. xx77 is not liable for bets placed on outcomes that have already been determined at the time of placement if the live data feed has experienced a delay.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out. If any leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining legs.

All casino games and slot titles available on xx77 — including live dealer games, jackpot slots, and virtual table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The following rules apply:

• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-run return over millions of game rounds. Individual sessions will vary and the published RTP does not guarantee any specific outcome in a given session.
• xx77 does not alter RNG settings or game payouts. All games operate with the certified settings provided by the respective game developer.
• Progressive jackpot pools at xx77 grow with contributions from player stakes and are paid out in full when triggered. After a jackpot is won, the pool resets to its minimum seed value as published on the game page.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round outcome is determined by the RNG at the server level and will be settled accordingly upon reconnection. xx77 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's internet connection.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may differ from the platform-level deposit or withdrawal limits.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xx77:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way not available to a standard human user.
3. Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in a way that gives an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of known errors are void.
4. Collusion — coordinating with other players in casino games or Ludo to manipulate outcomes at the expense of other participants or xx77.
5. Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to abuse bonus terms rather than for recreational play.
6. Depositing funds obtained through illegal, fraudulent, or criminal means. xx77 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities if illegal financial activity is suspected.
7. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
8. Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls set by yourself or applied by xx77.
9. Using the xx77 platform to launder money or disguise the origins of funds.
10. Any other conduct that xx77, in its sole and reasonable judgement, determines to be unfair, fraudulent, or detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

xx77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment reversal without prior contact with xx77 support.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or cooling-off period activation.

In the event of account closure for a breach of these Terms, xx77 may forfeit the balance held in the account. In cases of closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as the platform discontinuing operations in a particular region — any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who close their accounts voluntarily may request reopening by contacting support, provided the closure was not related to self-exclusion or a breach of these Terms. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened during the exclusion period regardless of the player's request.

• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account. This cannot be reversed.

• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime that prevent you from placing bets or accessing your account at a particular time, provided xx77 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from a third party gaining access to your account through no fault of xx77.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits xx77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

xx77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xx77 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the xx77 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
